We are looking for service-minded and motivated employees for our Visitor Center in Flåm for the summer season of 2026.
Located by the harbor and at the end of the world-famous Flåm Railway, the Visitor Center is the main information and sales hub for Norway’s Best activities and products.
Here, you will meet guests from all over the world and play an important role in creating memorable travel experiences through great service and product knowledge.

Available positions
We are currently hiring for the following roles:
Front Desk Team (2 positions)
You will work directly with guests at the counter, providing customer service, sales, and tourist information. This role requires a strong service mindset and the ability to handle busy periods with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Booking Team (4 positions)
You will provide customer service and tourist information from the back office and handle a variety of administrative tasks. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and supporting front-line operations.
Bus Hosts (4 positions)
As a Bus Host, you will actively promote tours and products, guide and support guests, and contribute to increased sales. Your main workplace will be outdoors, being a visible ambassador for Norway’s Best and playing an important role in creating positive and memorable experiences for our guests. This role is well suited for someone who likes taking responsibility while working outdoors. We hook you up with good gear.
About you
Our Visitor Center is a lively and fast-paced workplace, especially during peak season. We believe you will thrive and succeed in this role if you:
- Have a genuine interest in people and in creating excellent guest experiences
- Are able to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure
- Enjoy taking responsibility and asking for support when needed
- Are interested in culture and languages, and speak English fluently
(Additional languages are a strong advantage – especially Scandinavian languages or Italian) - Enjoy working with sales and see yourself as a clear and confident communicator
- Hold a valid work permit for employment in Norway
Additional requirements for the Booking Team
- Previous experience with administrative work
- Good general computer skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel, Teams, and Outlook
