As a seasonal employee, you'll join an engaged and inclusive team dedicated to creating safe, professional, and memorable experiences every day—across our ski resort, hotel, restaurants, and ski school.

We're looking for people who enjoy working with others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering outstanding experiences for guests from around the world. You are service-minded, work well as part of a team, and remain calm under pressure.

Some positions require relevant work experience, professional qualifications, or certifications, such as Ski and Snowboard Instructor, Ski Service Technician, or Lift Operator. At the same time, we provide comprehensive training for many of our roles, and previous experience in tourism or seasonal work is not always required. What matters most is that you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to create exceptional experiences for our guests.
